Welcome to the “Train des Mouettes”
To allow you to make the most of your trip, all our tickets are valid for the whole day and are return tickets,
allowing you to hop on and off at any of our timetabled stops along the line.

How does it work?
- Choose the date you want to travel from the calendar.
- Check the timetable for that day – The colour shows which timetable we are operating each day. (No colour = no trains)
- Buy your ticket at the station where you want to start your journey or online (online booking will be available in spring 2024)

Children (4 -16): 8€
Family ticket (2 adults + 2/3 children): 44€
Children under 4: free

Train balade à vélo 19€/adults 13€/children
Train du Marché : 5€ all passengers
Train des Loupiotes : 7€ all passengers
Train Éclade de Moules : 30€/adults 15€/children
European heritage days : 5€ all passengers
Useful information:
- All tickets are return and are valid for the whole day – hop on and off the train at any of our stations. The train stops for 5 minutes at Mornac sur Seudre and Chaillevette
- A one way trip lasts about 1 hour 25 minutes. Allow at least 3 hours 15 minutes for a return journey.
- There are no ticket offices at Chaillevette and Mornac sur Seudre station is only open during July and August.
- During extremely hot weather in July and August, we may not be able to operate steam trains. All trains will instead be pulled by diesel locomotives.
- Booking tickets online is strongly recommended during July and August.

Additional Information
Disabled access: One carriage on the train has been specially adapted for disabled passengers: 6 available spaces for wheelchairs and 10 seats for carers. The carriage is equipped with an electronic lift. This carriage is for the use of disabled passengers only.
Bikes: Bikes can be carried on the train free of charge in the dedicated carriage. Bikes must be loaded under the supervision of the train manager.
Pushchairs: Folding pushchairs can be carried on the train. In busy periods you may be asked to fold the pushchair and store in it in the carriage for bikes.
Pets: Dogs are allowed on board. They must travel on your lap or at your feet. Please keep your dog on a leash and respect the surroundings and your fellow passengers.
Parking: Customer parking is available at all our stations
